Sable & Rosenfeld Party Cups

These mini tartelette cups are ready fill with sweet or savory fillings.   Try fresh fruit, lemon curd top with a strawberry or chocolate mousse or bake in them to make a lemon meringue pie.  You can also do chicken salad, smoked salmon with cream cheese or bruschetta in these as well.   These are perfect for your Fall and Holiday entertaining food needs.

Angel Vine 2011 Alder Ridge Vineyard Zinfandel

This Columbia Valley Zinfandel has aromas of raspberry fruit leather, black currant and spice.  The flavors of brambly, big red fruit and spiced plum, which are generous, stay balanced.  The finish is smooth and is lingers.  A perfect wine to pair with roasted or grilled pork, roasted duck and anything chocolate.

Joel Gott Wines 2015 Gewurztraminer

Aromas fill the glass of lychee, passion fruit, nectarine and grapefruit with hints of baking spices.  The wine is dry in style with tropical and stone fruit flavors on the front of the palate followed by bright acidity and citrus flavors, and a long finish.  A classic to enjoy with appetizers, seafood or sip with soft cheese.
