Patton Valley 2017 Petillant Naturel Rose’
The 2017 shows all of the hallmark freshness, fizz, and fun of this style, with serious notes of strawberry, marzipan, violet, fresh herbs, and orange peel. The palate is light of course, but with enough breadth and scope as to merit complex foods as a mate. Every sip is evolving, and each one as wonderful as the last.  A great light sparkling rose’ to pair with fresh summer salads.

Shea 2015 Estate Chardonnay
Made from Dijon clone, this is a bright, crisp Chardonnay excellent for food pairing or on its own.  Minerality and stone fruits (peach, white nectarine) begin on the nose and continue on the palate.  This Chardonnay has beautiful citrus notes on the finish. A wonderful wine to pair with fresh Halibut.
