New International Arrivals

  •   Barone Cornacchia 2015 Montepulciano (Italy) – Comprised of 90% Montepulciano and 10% Sangiovese. The wine displays deep ruby red color with violet-purple reflections.  You’ll find scents of dark berry fruits, black cherry and dried herbs on the nose.  The palate is juicy, with lush currant fruit with velvety soft tannins and perfect fruit acid balance. A wine of great harmony and intensity. The finish is long and spicy. Great for a variety of foods.
  • Vega Tolosa 11 Pinos 2016 Bobal Old Vine (Spain) – This dark ruby colored wine is made from Bobal grapes. It opens with a hint of toasted oak and dark boysenberry aromas. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, with hints of juicy plums, pie cherry and subtle cranberry and easy going. The flavor profile is an oak infused red currant and ripe juicy plums which blend with notes of minerality throughout. The finish is dry, and the dusty tannins make for a long finish.  Great with medium bodied to strong cheeses.
  • Ernesto Cantena 2013 Bonarda Tahuan (Argentina) – Bonarda is sourced from Eastern Mendoza, the classic zone for the grape. The grapes fermented in cement vats with indigenous yeasts and inner staves. The palate is medium to full-bodied, juicy with dark berries, soft and approachable making it easy to drink.
  • Olivares Altos Dela Hoya 2015 Monastrell (Spain)  – Intense and brooding, this wine is made from old Monastrell vines in the Jumilla region and blended with a touch of Garnacha (Grenache).
