  • Tamerack Cellars 2015 Merlot – Dark Cherries, berries and spice dominate this gorgeous Merlot.  You’ll find intense fruit, along with lush flavors and lustrous tannins that highlight this great wine.  Suggested Food Pairing: Grilled meats and vegetables.
  • Marques de Caceres NV-Cava Brut (Spain)– Pale straw color revived by fine bubbles. Bouquet of citrus fruits with notes of brioche. Suggested Food Pairings: Grilled halibut, and salads.
  • Chinook 2014 Cabernet Franc– A velvety smooth Cabernet Franc with all the lush hallmarks of a classic.  Dark Berries, blueberries and subtle notes of dark chocolate and spice make this a wonderful Cabernet Franc from Washington State. Suggested Food Pairings: Perfect for hearty meats like beef and venison, also pairs well with hard cheeses.
