Matzinger Davies 2017 Sauvignon Blanc

100% Sauvignon Blanc. Aged 6 months, this opens with lifted and loud aromas of green apple, honey dew, sweet pea flowers and lemon verbena. One gets the sense that if a lemon, tangerine and grapefruit where ever combined into one it might very well sing close to this.

Perfect for food pairing: seafood, salads, cheese boards, or just on its own.

Shea Wine Cellars Chardonnay 2015

– 92 points Wine Enthusiast!

Smooth and rich, this young wine has exceptional texture and mouth feel. It’s a seamless mix of ripe stone fruit, with a touch of vanilla and a hint of butter. Perfect for food pairing: seafood, salads, cheese boards, or just on its own.

Suggested Food Pairings:  A delightful wine to pair with fresh grilled Halibut.

Lady Hill 2015 Pinot Gris

Lady Hill 2015 Pinot Gris Made in the Alsatian style, emphasizing bold flavors of white peach, green apple, & kiwi fruits. The mid-palate shows warmer qualities of apricot and pear, with floral overtones and a touch of exotic spices.

Owen Roe 2017 Crawford Beck Pinot Gris

Absolutely Delicious.  This stainless steel fermented Pinot Gris is sourced from 20+ year old vines.  Flavors of orange peel, pineapple, kiwi and lemon cream are nicely balanced with bright acidity and a round mouthfeel that lingers into a refreshingly long finish.  A unique Gris from the Eola Hills Region.

Suggested Food Pairings:  A delightful wine to pair with fruit & cheese, seafood, and Summer salads.

 

Patton Valley 2017 Pinot Noir Rose

Absolutely Delicious.  Light Salmon pink in color with aromas of raspberries and fresh picked strawberries with scents of tangerine that evolve with bright red fruit & Cherry in the mid-palate and light flavors of tangerine, blood orange, & citrus peel on the finish that make this a well balanced Rose’ with a dry finish.  Delicate tannins and firm acidity help this wine to compliment a wide range of food dishes.  Suggested Food Pairings:  A delightful wine to pair with fruit & cheese, and Summer salads.

Freedom Hill consistently delivers intense smoky, black fruit and brown spice aromas with just a hint of violet.  The palate is medium weight with round tannins leading to a long, savory cherry and blackberry finish.  Known as a wine of power, this wine doesn’t lack in finesse.  Perfect to go with salmon, grilled pork and light appetizers.

  • Lady Hill 2016 Willamette Valley Pinot Noir – Wrapped in a tight core of bramble raspberries and currants, you’ll find a basket of fresh rose petals and cherry blossoms.  Grace and elegance epitomize this combination of Wadenswil and Pommard clone Pinot Noir, presenting both bright red fruited components alongside subtle baking spice and turned earth.  Satiny tannins choreograph a finish focused on a juicy, lingering cranberry note built for cuisine.
